The Finance & Administrative team is the engine behind our operations. With reliability, precision and a solution-oriented mindset, they keep our business running smoothly and create the best conditions for our Gamers to thrive.
- Process, classify and file accounting documents and invoices
- Create and update expense reports
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile customer and supplier accounts
- Work with spreadsheets (Excel) to analyse and maintain financial data
- Support month-end and year-end closing
- Support the preparation of IVA, IRC and other obligations
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and management reporting
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits, providing the required documentation
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Competent IT skills
- Proficiency in accounting software (Dynamics Business Central is valued)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of digital tools (Power BI is valued)
- High level of rigor, organization and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Analytical thinker and problem solver (data driven)

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Management
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
