Brand Manager focused on developing and maintaining a consistent brand voice, creating impactful messaging aligned with business goals, and collaborating closely with marketing, design, and product teams. Fixed-term contract of 12 months, non-renewable.
- Develop and refine the brand voice, ensuring it aligns with the brand strategy and resonates with the target audience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the brand voice into all communication materials
- Set and enforce brand tone and style guidelines to maintain consistency across all written & design materials
- Write and edit compelling copy for various communication channels, including marketing collateral, website content, social media, product descriptions, and more
- Help the Design team to deeply resonate with the brand’s goals and business strategies with the editing of art materials whenever workflow is heavier
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure a seamless integration of copy and visuals in all communication materials
- Develop and implement brand messaging strategies that align with marketing campaigns, product launches, and overall brand objectives
- Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and industry trends to inform messaging strategies
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and copy for advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and goals
- Collaborate with other teams, such as design and product, to integrate messaging into cohesive and impactful campaigns
- Oversee the editing and proofreading process to maintain accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance in all written materials
- Ensure adherence to grammar, style, and brand guidelines in all copy produced
- Represent the Fabamaq brand in institutional or networking events and meet-ups to promote the brand and spread awareness
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Branding, Design, Journalism, Management or related fields
- Strong knowledge of branding, brand identity and positioning
- Excellent command of written communication, with the ability to adapt tone of voice across different audiences and channels
- Solid understanding of brand storytelling and copywriting principles
- Knowledge of consumer psychology and market behavior
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media and online communication ecosystems
- Ability to analyze and interpret market trends and consumer insights
- Familiarity with creative workflows and collaboration with design and marketing teams
- Knowledge of brand guidelines and consistency across visual and written communication
- Strong skills in grammar, editing and proofreading
