Sketch to the right and behold Fabamaq START!

The start of the year was intense in terms of sharing at Fabamaq. After Knowledge Sharings dedicated to time management and diversity, a new community was born: Fabamaq START. Driven by our Gamers Hélder Santos and Mário Graça, Fabamaq START aims to challenge participants to explore drawing as a tool for Design and Illustration.

Although created by two graphic designers, the community is open to any Gamer, regardless of their greater or lesser aptitude for drawing. The inaugural session took place on January 30th with the theme "Robots & Mechas." The 20 Gamers who participated in the practical session tackled various challenges set by the two facilitators and subsequently shared the results among themselves.

At Fabamaq, we develop more than just software for games, and we felt it made perfect sense to create an informal space that would give us the opportunity to have a good time drawing on various topics. That's the reason behind the creation of Fabamaq START: drawing as a tool for exploring creativity and sharing," says Gamer Hélder Santos.

The next session is scheduled for the month of February and will have a different theme. Fabamaq is a software house based in Porto, whose core business is the development of casino games. By this, we mean the entire gaming package (software, mathematics, animations, graphics, sound, server connectivity, among others).
